Summer?
Moscow doesn't appear to be having much summer weather yet. It's been raining the last couple days. Last week it was hot for a few days, but before that it has been wet and cool ever since I got back from Italy. What's going on? I wanna go swimming! I guess we probably need the rain, so I can't complain...Life hasn't been too thrilling lately. I've just been working and moving in to the new place. We're pretty much settled in now. I've been looking for jobs and recently had a phone interview with creative Commons in San Francisco. I haven't heard anything yet, but the interview went well. San Fran would be a great place to get more invovled in activism, since there are so many great organizations there (not to mention cool design firms!). But it's also the most expensive place in the country to live. So we'll see what happens...
Work hasn't been too thrilling either. I work part time at IdahoSTARS and I'm working on several freelance projects right now, one for Operation: Military Kids (a web site), one for my friend Leonard (a portfolio, business cards, etc.), and soon I will start redesigning the Co-op's web site. I currently volunteer to design part of the newsletter. So I'm keeping busy. Hopefully I can find a job soon so I know what I'll be doing. It's pretty up in the air right now, but it's kind of nice in a way to have no plans whatsoever. Not like me, but fun nonetheless.
