Canada, eh?

Seneca is finally getting some job leads, yay! We are still waiting to hear back from a dogsled company in MT, where he wants to be a musher. Juneau could come too! Our friend used to work there and sent a recommendation, but alas those darn Montanians don't like computers much and we're still waiting for an e-mail...

Perhaps more promising is an engineering job in Vancouver, B.C. Yes, I could soon live in CANADA! Perhaps I could be rid of this plague of a president for a while! It's for an energy company that emphasizes renewable and alternative energy (yay!). I helped design his resume and we both worked on a cover letter. Thanks to Seneca's dad for finding out about this job. Hopefully it works out!

The only concern I have about moving to Canada is being able to work for PETA. I'm sure moving and working remotely from a new location won't be a problem at all, but I'm not too sure how paychecks and taxes would fare up there, or how that's going to work... I'm sure we'll figure it out. And Adbusters is in Vancouver, so if my dream job ever opens up I will be conveniently located!

Wish Seneca luck in his job search. He's still looking, but hopefully his resume is well-received (it certainly is well-designed if I do say so myself) at the company in BC. :)
