unplug
unplug magazine asks you to unplug from your current modes of thought and look at life in a new way, whether this means unplugging from our toxic consumer culture, mainstream society, the tv, or a limiting mindset. author megan prusynski explores life's alternatives and discusses activism, progressive thinking, and moving towards a "green" & sustainable life.

Yes, the blog still exists!

Other than updating the style of this site and working on the design, there hasn't been much activity around here. Sorry! So I thought I'd make up for lost time by posting a design I created for the Palouse Peace Coalition's peace rally marking the third anniversary of the US invasion of Iraq. I can't believe it's already been three years, and we still don't seem to have "liberated" Iraq or even made much progress in repairing the Iraqi infrastructure. Things are certainly not looking good over there, and as my poster attests, too many lives have been shattered, too many tears have been shed, too many lies surround this war, and it's obviously gone on for three years too many.
In other news, I do plan on working on a second issue of unplug, hopefully with the help of some talented friends, although I couldn't tell you when I'm going to have time to dedicate to it. I've been soooo busy between working for PETA and doing freelance work. But I do plan to get unplug it's own domain name before long, and someday when I work only for myself, unplug will get the time and dedication it deserves. Until then, I promise I'll at least keep the blog updated and maybe even get a cafepress store up & running.
